Welcome to AutoLogix, a subsidiary of Lucent Information Technology a software development and ICT based company. By accessing or using our vehicle management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AutoLogix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

AutoLogix provides a vehicle management platform that allows users to:

• Track vehicle maintenance history and schedules
• Set and receive maintenance reminders
• Monitor fuel consumption and costs
• Store vehicle-related documents
• Receive AI-powered maintenance predictions
• Manage fleet vehicles (Business plan)

3. Account Registration

To use AutoLogix, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Plan

New users start with a free plan that includes basic features and up to 2 vehicles. No payment information is required for the free plan.

Paid Subscriptions

AutoLogix offers the following subscription tiers:

• Beginner Plan: $1.99/month ($23.88/year) - Up to 20 vehicles, maintenance tracking, fuel logs, document storage, and AI insights
• Pro Plan: $99.99/month ($1,079.89/year with 10% discount) - Up to 50 vehicles, all Beginner features plus Shop & Business Tools (Work Orders, Estimates, Inventory, Customer Portal)
• Business Plan: $256/month ($2,764.80/year with 10% discount) - Up to 150 vehicles, all Pro features plus fleet management, organization tools, team collaboration, role-based access, and activity logging

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
• Annual subscriptions for Pro and Business plans receive a 10% discount off the monthly rate
• Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on file
• Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused time
• 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
• After cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Share your account with unauthorized users
• Scrape or harvest data from our platform
• Resell or redistribute our services
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

7. Intellectual Property

AutoLogix and its content, features, and functionality are owned by AutoLogix and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without express permission.

You retain ownership of the data you upload to AutoLogix. By using our service, you grant us a license to use this data solely to provide and improve our services.

8. AI Features and Predictions

Our AI-powered features provide estimates and recommendations based on the data you provide and general industry patterns. These predictions:

• Are not guaranteed to be accurate
• Should not replace professional mechanical advice
• May vary based on driving conditions and vehicle usage
• Improve with more data over time

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AutoLogix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoLogix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoLogix, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Saint Lucia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Castries, Saint Lucia.
